According to the new HDIResearch Report, support teams are not satisfied with the current way that development and technical support teams communicate. Commonly, support teams are notified only after the release of new software. Almost 75% are notified when software is operationalized.

This new study took the responses of technical support professionals from more than 30 industries to evaluate the current state of collaboration between development and support teams.
