Special Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions aim to address the executing of e-Core’s services on agreements related to:

1. Free and No Commitment ITSM Assessment;

2. First Non-IT Process on JSM for Free;

3. ITSM AI Gen Free Implementation;

4. 2 Months of Atlassian Managed Service Post-Implementation;

1. Free and No Commitment ITSM Assessment

  • This promotion is available to e-Core customers or new customers.

  • This promotion is available for companies with revenues higher than USD 100M/year.

  • e-Core’s assessment is scaled and executed according to the size and complexity of Jira Service Management instance, limited to:
    • 101-250 users: USD 3K on internal costs
    • 251-500 users: USD 5K on internal costs
    • 500+ users: USD 10K on internal costs

  • Some assessments may incur additional costs, in which case e-Core will provide advance notice to the customer.

  • e-Core will perform this work remotely.

  • This offer is valid until May 31st, 2024.

2. First Non-IT Process on Jira Service Management for Free

  • This promotion is available for companies with revenues higher than USD 100M/year.

  • This promotion is available to e-Core existing customers or new JSM customers who use JSM for IT workflows only.

  • The scope of e-Core’s work is limited to a maximum of 40 hours.

  • e-Core will perform this work remotely.

  • This offer is valid until December 31st, 2024.

3. ITSM AI Gen Free Implementation

  • This promotion is available to any e-Core customer with Jira Service Management implementation greater than USD50K.

  • The scope of e-Core’s work is limited to a maximum of 20 hours.

  • e-Core will inform the customer if it is necessary to involve tools and their respective costs (that shall be borne by the customer).

  • e-Core will perform this work remotely.

  • This offer is valid until December 31st, 2024.
 

4. 2 Months of Atlassian Managed Service Post-Implementation for free

  • This promotion is available to any e-Core customer with Jira Service Management implementation greater than USD50K.

  • The reduced scope of Atlassian Managed Service for this promotion provides an opportunity for the customer to experience and evaluate e-Core’s managed services to help them maintain and evolve their Atlassian environment according to their business objectives. e-Core’s managed services included in this offer are:
    • Support: Incident Management and Q&A to users with 5 tickets/requests per month.

    • Management: Product and System Administration are available using Atlassian Specialized Consulting Hours, as described below (status meetings and reports occur bi-weekly).
      • License Management and cost optimization are not included in the scope (if necessary, speak to your e-Core sales representative).

    • Maintenance: Maintenance on Atlassian products and Atlassian marketplace apps is available using Atlassian Specialized Consulting Hours, as described below.

    • Consulting: Current state assessment is available for other tools only.
      • Atlassian Specialized Consulting is available for 16 hours per month for cloud environments and 8 hours per month for data center environments.

  • At the end of the 02 month trial period, e-Core will automatically renew the customer’s Atlassian Managed Services for 12 months.

  • To cancel this automatic renewal, the customer must notify e-Core at least 15 days before the end of the trial.

  • e-Core will perform this work remotely.

  • This offer is valid until December 31st, 2024.

  • These offers will be executed by e-Core and e-Core only. No third party is, nor will be, involved in the concession of these services.
