e-Core was founded in 1999 by Leandro Pompermaier, Marcio Silveira, and Vinicius Pinheiro. They've met in the same Computer Science program, and since the beginning, they set out to build a technology company grounded in strong values, operational excellence, and an environment where great people could do meaningful work.
