Meet those who already trust e-Core
Equal Pay Report
At e-Core we are committed to building a work environment where diversity is valued, equality is promoted and each person is respected. We continue to work actively to ensure that these values permeate all our practices and decisions, contributing to a more inclusive and fair future for all our people.
Increasingly reinforcing our “Build Trust” value, we are committed to complying with the law and transparency in our operations and for this reason, in compliance with Law No. 14,611 of July 4, 2023, MTE Ordinance No. 3,714, as well as e-Core's commitments in Brazil to promote inclusion and diversity practices, we are releasing the pay equity report.
The data in the reports are anonymized in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law – LGPD 13 709/2018. The information was grouped by the Ministry of Labor and Employment according to the Large Groups of the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations), grouping different types of work (positions, departments and seniority) in the same category.
It is important to know that the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations), used as a basis for preparing the report, is a system that organizes and classifies the professions existing in Brazil, without the function of professional regulation.
It serves to:
- Identify and name professions;
- Describe, in a general and broad way, the activities that each profession carries out;
- Provide information on the requirements, academic backgrounds and necessary experiences most commonly used in the job market, but this does not reflect reality for all positions.
What is it used for:
- Help companies classify positions and functions (e-Social and Caged);
- Public labor market research;
- Public employment and professional qualification policies;
- Search for information about professions.
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT THE RELEASED REPORTS:
The following report was prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, of the Federal Government, and took into account information from eSocial for the years 2022 and 2023. For this reason, the report may not reflect the most current practices applied by e-Core.
We believe that in future reports, the Government will use current information, better reflecting the current scenario of the Company's branches.
In compliance with published standards, reports are divided by branches with 100 or more employees.
In parallel with the publication of this report, we would like to present the initiatives that demonstrate our commitment to equal opportunities:
- Reporting Channel: We are committed to maintaining a safe and ethical environment for all our people, where they can report any irregularities with confidence and security.
- Non-retaliation Policy: We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against employees (including interns or temporary employees), consultants and/or third parties who report violations of our Culture Code, whether the reports are current or past.
- Training on Prevention of Moral, Sexual Harassment and Discrimination: We provide training and require mandatory participation from all employees. Our goal is to provide broad and widespread literacy regarding inappropriate and unacceptable behaviors as a way of preventing any type of harassment and/or discrimination.
- D&I Initiatives: We monitor gender indicators monthly, hold internal awareness events on gender issues and periodically communicate important dates related to the agenda.
- Performance Cycle, Career Plan and Salaries: We maintain a career and salary plan, ensuring equal opportunities for growth, development and fair compensation for all e-Koreans.
- Candidate Experience: Our recruitment processes are a non-negotiable pillar for building a fair and inclusive work environment. By ensuring that each person on our team is rewarded equitably, we become magnets for the best talent, driving motivation, engagement and sustainable growth for the company.
On our journey towards equity and inclusion, each step is a testament to e-Core’s commitment to building a tomorrow where diversity is celebrated and respect is the norm. Guided by the rule of law and transparency, we believe that together we can create a truly fair and welcoming workplace for all people.
