Preparation:

  1. Get to know us: This means getting to know more about e-Core and our areas of expertise, as well as familiarizing yourself with the technologies we use in our projects. Don’t forget to check out our social media channels like Instagram , Twitter , YouTube , LinkedIn , Facebook and Glassdoor to learn more about our day-to-day operations.

Application

After learning more about us, it’s time to apply!

  1. Customize your resume: Look for job openings by filtering location and/or areas of expertise. Study the requirements in the job description and customize your resume in clear topics. Highlight your responsibilities, skills, and past achievements.
  2. Include relevant information: Don’t forget to include relevant links, such as your LinkedIn profile, the link to a project on GitHub, or other projects that demonstrate your skills and knowledge.

Interviews & Tests

If your application is approved, you will participate in this stage, which aims to evaluate your technical and behavioral skills.

  1. HR Screening: The HR team will analyze your profile, and if there is compatibility with the job requirements, we will invite you to continue in the hiring process.
  2. Technical Tests: For some positions, it is necessary to perform a technical evaluation or case study.
  3. Preparing for interviews: Interviews evaluate your experience, skills, and behaviors. You may have an interview with the area leadership and/or team members. Have examples that illustrate behaviors that we value, such as continuous learning, customer focus, and teamwork.
