How do I apply for a job?
Search for the job you want on our job board (https://jobs.lever.co/e-core). Remember that you can filter by location or team/department. Then, fill out the application for the position you want. You will also have the option to apply via Linkedin.
Where can I find open positions at e-Core?
To access all open positions and their information, you can access our vacancies page.
How can I track my application?
Once you've filled out the form and submitted your application, we'll take care of the rest! All updates regarding your application will be sent via email, so keep an eye out for updates!
What are the steps in the e-Core selection process?
Each stage of a selection process is defined prior to registration, so they may vary according to the demands and expectations of the teams where the opportunity is open. When you receive the first contact from HR, you will be informed about each stage and the estimated duration. There are usually 3 types of assessment: With HR, technical assessment and interview with leadership.
Can I do the same selection process more than once?
After the selection process has closed, we recommend that you have a period of approximately six months to resubmit your application and participate again.
How do I provide feedback on my selection process?
At the end of the selection process, you will receive a link to fill out a form with your evaluation. If you feel comfortable, you can pass the feedback directly to the HR team.
Will I receive feedback on the selection process?
Yes! All candidates receive feedback, whether positive or negative, within the time frame provided by the HR team. If you have not received it, contact the HR professional who was your focal point for more information.
Can I be referred for a vacancy?
e-Core has a great referral program available for e-Koreans to refer friends, family and co-workers to a job opportunity with us. If you know someone who works at e-Core, ask them to refer you at app4.greenhouse.io/referrals/new
When and how is the offer made to a candidate?
If you are selected, we will schedule a meeting to share our job offer. Once you have received verbal acceptance, you will receive an offer letter with all the information/benefits relevant to your position, as well as a document called e-Core Experience. This document will contain very relevant information about our work models, corporate benefits, e-Core practices, programs and partnerships – after all, it is very important that you start to experience what it is like to be an e-Corean!
How does the Onboarding process work at e-Core?
Here, we are always thinking about the best experience for our people. Therefore, before starting your journey at e-Core, you will receive an email with the entire agenda and instructions for your first day with us. On the Friday before you start, you will receive your work kit at home. On the Monday after you start at e-Core, you will have a very special agenda so that you can learn more about our culture, values and practices, in addition to being welcomed by our IT team and having all your questions answered about benefits, administrative services and working hours with our Employee Services team.
Does the collaborator work with his/her own equipment or does e-Core provide it?
We offer all the equipment necessary to perform your work, both for your comfort and to ensure the security of the information that is shared during work.
What is the e-Core benefits package like?

What work models are available at e-core?

Can I travel while working?
Yes! If you are allocated to the “Work From Anywhere” model, you can work from anywhere in Brazil, and for trips abroad we have a policy that allows up to 90 days of stay in another country after completing 1 year of service.
When can I take vacation?
You are entitled to 30 days of vacation per year, however, after completing 6 months as an e-Korean you can request up to 15 days of vacation, that is, you don't have to wait 1 year to be able to take your beloved vacation! After the first acquisition period expires, e-Koreans are entitled to 15 days of vacation every 6 months.
Do e-Coreans have a share of the profits?
e-Core does not grow alone! All of our employees can receive profit sharing according to the results of the business unit in which they are involved.
What are the e-Core workloads?
At e-Core, we work 8 hours a day, totaling 40 hours a week, without the need to compensate on Saturdays. For internships, the workload is 30 hours a week.

How does e-Core look at the emotional health of its team?
We know that a balance between personal and professional life is valuable, which is why work-life balance is part of our values. We offer quick guided meditation sessions to our team every day, giving us the opportunity to “disconnect” so that we can improve our focus, attention and control our emotions.
