At e-Core, we live our culture to the fullest! Every e-Corean is rewarded with e-Coins for activities directly related to our values, following their development plan, providing feedback, answering surveys, and much more. These coins can be exchanged for "swag" so that each person can continue to enjoy their "e-Corean Way of Life"!
Thinking about maintaining our way of being, which values each e-Corean and each client, we have a monthly session dedicated to deepening the principles of our culture with new collaborators. In a light way, but with a lot of reflection, exchange of experiences and learning, we count on each member of e-Core to keep our culture an example to be followed.
Here at e-Core, we live our values for real! And, to help our new collaborators understand the expected behaviors in each of our values, we have created a fun and very personalized way to share these concepts: a game full of videos, challenges about our values, and of course, a lot of fun!
To foster a culture of learning, we have created a program focused on sharing knowledge and experiences. To be an official e-Core multiplier, we offer a "Train the Trainer" program, in addition to recognizing each multiplier as an ambassador of our culture.
Strengthening our culture of lifelong learners, we have a learning hub where our people can search for internal multipliers in order to foster exchanges and increase the level of knowledge, as well as an exclusive program for sharing knowledge. And of course: we also have customized experiences for each level, with new modules being launched periodically!
We understand the importance of developing leaders according to their level of experience and complexity of management. Therefore, our leadership journey has groups of leaders with similar challenges. In addition to live sessions, leaders also have exclusive communication channels and asynchronous materials (podcasts, reading recommendations, videos, etc.) to fit into each one's routine and demand.
One of the tools that helps us maintain an incredible work environment is the Engagement Survey. Every quarter, e-Coreans are invited to anonymously share their perception on various topics such as culture, leadership, work-life balance. From this practice, we identify opportunities for improvement and outline plans to evolve even further!
