The existing system had a high failure rate of 15-20%, resulting in numerous contracts not being generated or stored correctly. These issues caused challenges when customers disputed terms, as the retailer often lacked the necessary documentation to reference, leading to automatic refunds and financial losses.

To address these problems, e-Core developed a new, reliable service from the ground up. This solution was designed to store all contract information, generate documents, and regenerate them in case of failure. The solution integrated seamlessly with the retailer’s existing infrastructure, ensuring all new and previous contracts were accessible and secure.
