Preparation

  1. Get to know us: This means getting to know more about e-Core and our areas of expertise, as well as familiarizing yourself with the technologies we use in our projects. Don’t forget to check out our social media channels like Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook e Glassdoor to learn more about our day-to-day operations.

Interviews & Tests

If your application is approved, you will participate in this stage, which aims to evaluate your technical and behavioral skills.

    1. HR Screening: The HR team will analyze your profile, and if there is compatibility with the job requirements, we will invite you to continue in the hiring process.

    2. Technical Tests: For some positions, it is necessary to perform a technical evaluation or case study.

    3. Preparing for interviews: Interviews evaluate your experience, skills, and behaviors. You may have an interview with the area leadership and/or team members. Have examples that illustrate behaviors that we value, such as continuous learning, customer focus, and teamwork.

After learning more about us, it’s time to apply!

  1. Customize your resume: Look for job openings by filtering location and/or areas of expertise. Study the requirements in the job description and customize your resume in clear topics. Highlight your responsibilities, skills, and past achievements.

  2. Include relevant information: Don’t forget to include relevant links, such as your LinkedIn profile, the link to a project on GitHub, or other projects that demonstrate your skills and knowledge.
